Throughout Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, we’ve been celebrating the inspirational stories of our Asian American and Pacific Islander cast members at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Today, we’re sharing the experiences of two Disney chefs—Chef Conrado Pascual, known as “Chef Dhindo”, from Disneyland Resort and Chef Jessi Sudsa-nguan from Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.
