Looking to move closer to the magic of Walt Disney World? Check out this mansion, featured on Insider, that’s less than 10 miles away from all 4 Disney theme parks that was just listed for $15 million.

The home is currently for sale in Golden Oak, which is a 980-acre development that is made up of approximately 300 single-family houses spread across eight neighborhoods. According to public records, it seems this is the first time the house has been on the market since it was constructed in 2019.

The 10,742-square-foot house is  full of Disney details and references. It has high ceilings, a custom Swarovski crystal chandelier, and Disney-themed stained glass windows.

The kitchen has custom-designed cabinetry and a large island with granite countertops.

The Millennium Falcon-themed home theater is the highlight of the property.

A space-themed bar is located at the back of the home theater.

There are seven bedrooms in the house, including a primary suite that overlooks the pool.

There are nine bathrooms in the home. The master bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and a large vanity.

Outside, there’s a pool with a rock waterfall, a hot tub, and four garages.

A Toothless pizza oven, modeled after the character in the “How To Train Your Dragon” movie franchise, stands in the outdoor entertainment area.

For those not familiar with Golden Oak, typically homes sell in the range of $3.5 to $11.5 million. According to Chris Christensen from Premier Sothetby’s International Realty, who is holding the listing, the community completely sold out last year cousin prices to increase dramatically.

It’s also worth noting that all residents of this exclusive community are required to be members of a private club, known as the Golden Oak Club, which costs $19,000 per year.
