Disney Confirms MCU’s Phase 5-6 with 16 Upcoming Movie Release Dates Through 2026

From the Walt Disney World News and written by: Sean Sposato

If you’re a Marvel fan like us you’re probably wondering what is next for the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Well, to combat this issue we’ve decided to go ahead and take all of the dates that have been nailed down by Disney and Marvel Studios and put them all together in one place–you’re welcome!

For those not familiar with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it has been divided into different phases, each containing several movies. The first phase began back in 2008 with the release of “Iron Man.” This has since been followed by several phases.

Currently, we’re in phase four, which began with the release of “Black Widow” in 2021. This was followed by “Sheng-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” (2021), “Eternals” (2021), “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” (2022), and “Thor: Love and Thunder” (2022). This phase is set to finish with the release of the next Marvel Cinematic Universe film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” which comes up as number on this list!

As a note, we’d like to bring to your attention the fact that Disney and Marvel Studios has not yet released all of the names of all of their upcoming films between now and 2026. Although, what we can say is that this list will provide you with scheduled release dates for “untitled” or yet to be titled films, at the least.

Phase 4

1.) Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – 11/11/2022

Black Panther 2

Phase 5

2.) Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania – 2/17/2023

Ant-Man 3

3.) Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 – 5/5/2023

Guardians Galaxy 3
